Questions
When will I get my video?
We confirm each reservation by email within one business day and tell you the delivery date. Order by mid-December for delivery before Christmas Eve.
Can Santa say an unusual name correctly?
Yes. Spell it the way it sounds in the pronunciation box, for example "Ah-NYAH." We check the name in every video before it goes out.
Can Santa mention things my child is working on?
Yes, gently. Tick up to two of Santa's notes on the form, like listening the first time or keeping their room tidy. Santa praises your child first, then mentions a goal for next year with a smile. He never threatens presents. Pair it with our free Nice List certificate maker.
Which photos work best?
A clear, recent photo of your child's face in good light, plus one fun photo such as a pet, a recital or a sports moment. You'll upload them through a private link after we confirm.
Is Santa a real person?
Santa videos are personalized entertainment keepsakes, produced by our team with a Santa character and voice. Santa only knows what you tell us.
What happens to my child's photos?
We use them only to make your video and delete them, and the finished video files, 60 days after delivery. See our privacy page.
