Santa videos

Who is the Santa in the videos? Our videos feature two Santa characters, Classic Santa and Classic Black Santa. They're personalized entertainment keepsakes, and Santa knows only what you tell us.

How long do videos take? We give you a delivery date when we confirm your order. Order by mid-December for Christmas Eve.

Can I share the video? Yes. It's yours to share with family. The Keepsake package includes a downloadable file.

Photos and privacy

Is my child's photo safe? Photos are uploaded through a private link, used only for your video, and deleted 60 days after delivery. We never use your child's photo or name in our advertising. See our privacy page.

Home visits

Do you employ the Santas? No. Santas in our directory are independent. We share what to ask and connect you, and you book directly with the Santa.
