What we collect

This website doesn't use cookies or tracking scripts, and our forms don't send anything to a server. When you use a form, it opens an email from your own email account to us. We receive only what you put in that email.

For a Santa video order we ask for your name and email, your child's first name and how to say it, the details you want Santa to mention, and up to two photos, uploaded through a private link we send after we confirm.

Children's information

Orders must be placed by a parent or legal guardian, or someone with their permission. We ask for a child's first name only, never a last name, school or address. We don't collect information directly from children.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your order. We never sell your information, and we never use a child's name, photo or video in advertising.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos and finished video files are deleted 60 days after delivery. You can ask us to delete them sooner at hello@doorstepsanta.com.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for email, payment and video production. They get only what they need to do their part.
