    A few notes from Santa

Being on the Nice List doesn't mean being perfect.
It means having a kind heart, learning from mistakes, and trying again.

      Dear Your child,

Ho, ho, ho! I've heard some wonderful things about you this year, and I'm happy to say you're on my Nice List!

Even the nicest children have things they can keep working on. Here are a few little goals for you:

Remember, being on the Nice List doesn't mean being perfect. It means having a kind heart, learning from mistakes, and trying again.

The elves and I can't wait to see what you do next year.

        Merry Christmas!
        With love,

        Santa Claus

How we keep Santa's notes kind

        • Santa always starts with what your child did well.
        • Notes are goals for next year, never a list of things they did wrong.
        • No Naughty List and no threats about presents. Santa never uses his letter to scare or shame.
        • Three notes at most. A short list feels doable; a long one feels like a scolding.

        Make it unforgettable

Have Santa say it out loud

Order a personalized Santa video and tick the same notes on the order form. Santa tells your child by name that they made the Nice List, celebrates what they did well, then gently mentions a goal or two:

"Now, Emma, I hear you've been doing wonderfully in school! But Mrs. Claus tells me we might work a little harder on keeping that bedroom clean. Ho, ho, ho!"

Give the certificate on Christmas morning right after the video. Choose Classic Santa or Classic Black Santa.

        Questions

        Is it really free?

Yes. Make as many certificates and letters as you like for your own family or classroom. Nothing to sign up for.

Do you keep my child's name?

No. Everything happens in your browser. The name you type is never sent to us or saved anywhere.

What's the difference between the two certificates?

The Official Nice List certificate is all celebration. The "with a few notes from Santa" version adds up to three gentle goals you pick, and Santa's letter explains that being on the Nice List doesn't mean being perfect.

Will Santa say the notes in a video?

Yes. When you reserve a personalized Santa video, tick the same notes on the order form and Santa will mention them kindly, after telling your child what they did well.

        How do I print it?

Press Print, choose Letter paper, set the scale to 100% or Actual size, and turn on Background graphics for the colored border. Card stock makes the certificate feel official.
